Rebel seeking a cause (Gaelen) (AC/GC)

Gaelan nipped at Patrick's neck as he reached around to grab him and stroke him. His own length hard and eager now as he leaned to his ear. "Remember...it's to convince the big guy," he whispered as he then started to push into him. However before he got too far he felt nails, or were they claws?, dig into his shoulder and rip him off the wolf. He hissed in defiance as he saw the other shifted to his half form. He was a cobra in appearance and smaller then what Gaelan himself would be.

The snake then turned to Patrick as it's tongue flicked out. "I want him...and I'll challenge you for him," the other hissed as he then turned to Gaelan. His own energy was flaring as he was about change.

"Patrick....run if you can," he said before he rushed the other snake, and shifted half way there. He was now slithering towards him at full speed before crashing into the other. Hisses and snarls erupted as the two rolled on the ground, hands and faces darting in and out quickly. The scent of blood would soon be filling the air as the two ripped into each other.

Then the two pulled apart and starred at each other. The look of death in their eyes despite. Gaelan was nearly double the size of the Cobra in their half forms, but neither one seemed to care at this point. They had also forgotten Patrick for the time being.

He hummed softly feeling the hand on him and nodded. Happy place didn't care why it was happening, just that it was. His hands had tensed against the bricks yet again waiting for what he knew would happen after hearing what Gaelen had whispered in his ear. A breathy noise was let out as he felt the push against him. He only had a moment to briefly feel the piercing rub at his inside before the snake was gone. He blinked startled looking over his shoulder wondering why he had stopped. The sight of the other half shifted snake caused his lip to curl back in a silent snarl before he got a grip on himself.

Even as Gaelen was moving in front of him he was stepping back allowing the snake to move in front of him offering protection.Even if it was slightly baffling Patrick was going to take it and pulled his pants back up securing himself. He honestly paused there even after hearing Gaelen to telling him to haul ass. If he was the good submissive like they were trying to play him off as he could have gone no second thought at all.He was honestly torn between saving his own ass and then ass of the guy that put his neck on the line to save Patrick's ass. Shaking his head he trotted off away from the fight forming.


Five minutes later when the noises had died down he stuck his nose up in the air trying to figure out if the coast was clear or not.As far as he could tell Gaelen was still out there and breathing which he figured was a good sign. He picked out thinking he was most likely going to hear it for sticking around when he was told to go. He couldn't force himself to though. After a moment he slipped out of his little hiding spot and made his way over the the blonde kneeling next to him. His eyes darkened looking over the snake before he slipped one of Gaelen's arms around his shoulders and tugged him to his feet. He couldn't tell how bad the damage was. Hell he couldn't even tell if any of the blood was the blonde's or not.

He was actually thankful his shop wasn't to far and he wouldn't have to drag Gaelen out into the open. He didn't say anything about the lack of clothing and out of the corner of his eye he noticed the other dead snake. He kept his sigh in and lead Gaelen to his shop so he could at the very least get cleaned up. Once there he flipped the lights on making sure to close and lock the door behind himself before digging out a towel to offer to Gaelen. "Might be a stupid question but are you ok?" His eyes were concerned as he looked the snake over.

Gaelan didn't have time to bullshit around with the snake. Because of it, he was moving in quick. There was a lot of clattering and banging as they crashed into the walls and some metal that was in the alley. The other snake was good, but Gaelan was raised to kill things like him. His head snapped forward to bite into the others shoulder, and using the strength that came with his breed, snapped the bone. The other shrieked out in pain as he pulled out. A chunk of the shoulder staying with Gaelan in his mouth. He spat it out as it shifted back to human, and then charged again.

With one arm out of commission he managed to grip the snake at his throat, and snarled. "Goodnight," before his energy pushed into the other and forced him back into human form. He then unhinged his jaw and snapped forward before ripping his head off. After a moment he had to think on what to do with the body, and then grumbled before unhinging his jaw yet again to start devouring the body. This was probably the only thing that he never got settled with.

In all that time it was only five minutes. To Gaelan it was like five hours. He then heard a noise behind and he spun around to see that it was just the wolf. He then shifted back to human form and collapsed down onto the stone pavement where they hit blood. He felt the wolf take his arm and help him up. "Yeah I"m fine..just...sluggish..." he said as he was still fairly connected with his beast. Eyes a solid black with the slit to show how connected. He followed the wolf, not arguing as he had to shift back soon to let his form digest the other snake.

Hazel eyes watched the blonde carefully though if he was lying he was a damned good liar and there was probably no way for Patrick to know for sure. One hand reached up and rubbed at the back of his neck. While he wasn't a snake he figured that after the mess he had seen Gaelen was going to want to shift back again. The other snake was clearly missing chunks.his hand founds it's way to his mouth and he rubbed the skin under his bottom lip a thoughtful look plastered on his face. Hoping it wasn't a bad decision he picked up another towel and wandered over to Gaelen's side.

He wiped carefully not wanting the blonde upset with him if he was over stepping boundaries here.He was covered in blood from the other shifter and it caused Patrick's nose to wrinkle. He hadn't seen the other snakes form before the guy was dead and missing pieces but he didn't have to. "Cobra huh?" He had a run in with a snake before and while he didn't connect the dots till now he did know that smell.

Once he got most of the blood off he rose back up to his feet tossing both the towels into the garage. He stood there hands on his hips for a moment before offering a hand to the snake. "I've got a room you can crash in. Not that bad, something for when I don't think I can make it home without wrapping my car around a pole late at night." He waited then nodded to the door in the corner. "Sound be big enough even if you do shift." He didn't really think the snake would be up to walking back to where ever he was staying so he carefully made his way back towards before opening the door and noding his head in though it.

He followed the wolf to the auto shop and gladly took to the cleaning up materials. There was nothing left of the other snake now, but he was just too damn tired to move. Upon being informed of a room he could stay in he stood up and gave a nod of his head, "Thanks pup. I don't think I could get too far." He said confirming the thoughts that was going through his head. He walked to the room that was indicated and then turned around to face him.

"I don't mean this to be rude, but I'm locking the door. I'm going to be in a deep sleep, in my half form so my body can...digest," he said simply, "I'll need that extra sense of security." He told him. His skin was already starting to change as he was willing the shift. His energy crackling a little in the room.

"Thanks..." he said again and then shuddered a bit as he shifted, and the goop was left there on the floor. His stomach was bulging just a bit that was above the floor, and slightly on the floor as well, "is there anything I should be aware of for when I leave?" He asked him, slightly hissing on his speech.

He nodded and stayed his ground. He hadn't had any intention of following Gaelen into the room anyhow. No matter how thankful he had been when Gaelen had stepped in and basically saved his ass.He shook his head trying to not pay attention as his skin crawled while watching Gaelen shift. "Nope. well shower is the door to the right." He nodded leaving Gaelen alone to sleep off his shift.

He kept himself busy by working. Since he wasn't expecting to be here any extra work he got done meant more free time for him later. With his hands and his mind busy he didn't even notice the passing time till the door to his little bedroom away from home opened. Even then he only gave it a passing though before going back to the dodge on his rack while the music of Slipknot played in the background.

Gaelan nodded and then closed the door while promptly locking it. He slithered over to the bed, and curled upon it. His stomach was bulging, and he was groggy. Laying down the best he could while staying comfortable he promptly fell asleep.

He wasn't sure how long he had slept for, but he was warm when he did. He stirred a bit, and felt less of a bulk in his stomach. Looking down he saw it was about half the size as before, and seeing it as thus he went back to sleep. Once more he woke later, and the other snake was digested enough he could shift back with out risking doing a random shift to deal with it. Shifting back he headed for the door, and opened it as quietly as he could. Unfortunately it wasn't that successful as the door creaked a bit at the end before he slipped out.

He entered into the shower room, and locked the door once again. He cursed himself mentally as he realized his gun was probably still in the alley way. He always carried a gun with him, and peeked his head out to Patrick, "Hey...pup...come here." He said looking dead serious.

He hummed under his breath hands buried into the undercarriage of the car.He didn't bother looking over as the door opening letting him know that Gaelen was awake but kept his focus on what he was doing. The sooner he got this car finished the sooner he'd go home. And while he had to admit knowing that the snake was in his shop made him uneasy he didn't think the blonde would try anything to his tools or something if he had been gone when he woke up.


Hearing someone speak wasn't something he was used to so he jumped slightly under the car dropping a wrench to just barely catch it with his finger tips before it hit the ground. He tilted his head catching sight of Gaelen's face popping out of the shower room.He blinked down at the mess he had made of him self before rolling over and getting to his feet.

He placed the wrench on a table before grabbing one of his many towels. He came to a stop in front of the door wiping his hands off before raising hazel eyes to meet Gaelen's grey ones. His head tilted to the side as he waited for whatever it was that the snake was going to say his fingers still tapping along to the beat of the music till he noticed and stopped himself.

"I need you to go back to the alley and find a black 9mm," he said his eyes blank, "if someone else finds it...well..." shrugs lightly, "things could go badly for them." He said simply as he waited to see if Patrick would get it. Now that he was closer, he'd hear that water had been started, and he'd see a chunk of his upper body again. He then realized he had no clothes, and sighed as he slipped out a moment, and found a paper and pen and wrote down his address.

Turning back to the wolf he handed him the slip of paper as he slipped back into the bathroom. "Go here and bring me back some of my clothes too," he said giving out orders like he expected them to be followed. He started to go back into the bathroom, and then stopped before looking to him, "also what's the time?" he asked curiously.

He half wished he was surprised when Gaelen mentioned a gun. It made to much sense to him though so he merely nodded thankful that the alley the fight had gone down in wasn't to far from his shop. Less of a chance for someone, .. like Killian for example to wonder in and get the wrong idea. He smelled the steam rising up from the tiny shower and blinked trying to not seem like he was checking out the snake while he was getting ready to take a shower.

Go the alley. Get the gun back, something simple like that even he should be able to handle. His head tilted to the side and he stepped back when it became clear that Gaelen was heading out of the room. He watched almost wide eyed as the snake wrote something down for him and thrust the paper at him. He blinked down at it and back up again listening as he was told what to bring for Gaelen. Hearing the question he flipped his wrist to look at the time. "A little after nine pm."

He waited a moment then made his way out of the shop grabbing his keys up on the way out. He had another way to make sure no one bothered Gaelen while he was showering. That was to lock the door. It only took him a good ten minutes then he was slipping back into the shop. He carried the small pile of clothing and the black gun to the door and knocked once before speaking. "Got you stuff." While he waited his eyes traveled over to the car on the lift wondering if he should just call it a night or not.

By the time that Patrick got back, Gaelan was stepping out of the shower. He opened the door as Pat nodded, rubbing a towel into his hair to dry it, and standing nude before the wolf. "Good...thanks, "he said as he grabbed his things with one hand and started for the small room again, "How are you doing pup?" he asked as he entered the room, and proceeded to get dressed. Once he had his pants on, he proceeded to check his gun to make sure no bullets were missing, and that it wasn't damaged. His actions showing he was clearly use to handling a gun.

He then finished getting dressed before walking back out bare foot. By this time it was nearly 9:15 pm, and he was alert and moving again. "Disappointed you didn't leave when I told you to, but glad you didn't," he said as he shoved the gun into his back pocket after flipping the safety on, "Where do you live? I'll escort you as far as I can go. I don't rightly know if I pissed anyone off killing the guy, and I'm not going to let someone jump an innocent kid like you." He said and then waited for him to answer.

Once he had handed the things off to the snake he was all set to step back and wander off to finish what he had been doing before Gaelen had asked him to run out and grab that stuff. Even as He stepped away Gaelen started speaking. Like he was drawn to the snake he followed watching as the blonde got dressed in his little bedroom away from home. He leaned against the door way eyes drifting to the floor. He hadn't really let anything from the night sink in. He had a good grip on his life and to have this thrown at him made him uneasy to say the least.

He shook his head one hand rubbing at the back of his neck. He had to admit being submissive wasn't something he'd ever thought would happen to him. After all he was a Beta. Maybe he was just a sub when it came to sex? The only made it just a little bit better. After all it wasn't like he was going to go out and sleep around. He had Killian and was happy with that. Thinking of the younger wolf caused him to wince slightly. He still smelled a little like blood, lust and Gaelen. He'd have to explain as best he could when he did go home.


Hearing Gaelen speak again his head tilted to the side a thoughtful look on his face." It would have been easier to just let the guy take me. Why bother?" It was starting to eat at him, not knowing the reason behind Gaelen's actions.He remained against the door trying to show some back bone after everything that had happened. "You think someone else is going to come after me?" he hadn't really paid attention to many of the people that were in the club and had the feeling that might have been a bad idea now.

Gaelan blinked at the statement and then the question of the wolf. "You really don't know do you?" He asked suddenly a little angry, "pup you reek of submission to people like me. The pure doms who will do anything to the submissive. You are what we seek if the bite I gave you was any indication." He said firmly and started to pull him after him.

"Lock up," he told him once they were outside before continuing, "most doms that are like the ones that followed us last night, won't hold back. They don't have limits, and some times they even kill their submissives because of what they put them through. I don't like that myself. I prefer the pleasure to be great for myself and the partner."

He then walked up to him, "I smelled another on you. Doesn't he make it clear that you are his submissive? If not he needs to do so...or hire someone who's willing to do what's needed to keep you safe. Needed...as in what I did last night to save your white ass." He said. He knew being rough and blunt probably wasn't good, but the wolf needed to know what was going on with him, and the possible hazards.

"Now...are you going to let me walk you to the edge of the packs land, or am I going to have to follow you to make sure nothing else happens?" Gaelan asked once more.

He was a little confused as it seemed like Gaelen was going off on him for something he didn't do but after a moment or two it actually started to sink in what the snake was talking about. Ever since getting together with Killian he had been noticing little signs about himself but hadn't really thought about it outside of thinking they were unusual kinks of his. He was deep in thought so he didn't bother moving away as Gaelen started tugging him towards the door and out of it.

He dug his keys out and locked it then followed after the snake. After all what he was saying would have an impact on his life from now on might as well try to take in as much as he could. He dug his hands into his pockets. Hearing the question he shook his head. Him and Killian didn't really talk about that part of their relationship to much. Maybe they ought too.
"Not really. We're both.. um. Switch mostly. Neither of us is soley in charge." He'd be blushing about talking so openly to the snake about his sex life if he didn't think that he was suddenly in danger.

He stood there for a moment watching the shadows out of the corner of his eyes before nodding and pointing his head in a direction. Might as well let Gaelen follow him on the off chance someone was watching the two of them. If anything it would the appearance of being owned by the snake till he figured out what he needed to do with Killian. With Gaelen walking besides him he did have a question to offer to the snake. "What if Killian.. isn't Dom enough? I've never had to think about this sort of thing before." He glanced over to his side as he walked.

As soon as the wolf started to walk off, Gaelan followed. He gave the full appearance that Pat was his, and he was alert. However he did hear his question, "If he's not Dom enough, then he'll either loose you by getting kidnapped by a not so kind Dom, or he'll need to find someone to watch out for you when you...go to certain districts of Venice." He said bluntly before looking down to him and then back out.

"You're going to smell like me...and lust with blood," he stated, "are you going to be alright?" He asked him as his body relaxed a bit, but his eyes were still alert to show he wasn't letting his guard down yet.

He didn't like the idea of being followed around. Of course he didn't like the idea of someone yanking him off the street for their version of fun either. Seemed like a lose/lose kind of deal to himself so he just kept his mouth shut and folded his arms over his chest as he lead the way to pack lands. He would take the guy onto them of course. He didn't need to add an ass kicking to make this whole thing complete.

He started nodding not even taking the time to think about what Killian's reaction would be. He froze midway though and actually took the time to consider it. "Yeah. I'll be fine. Or single soon enough." He sounded casual about it but there was a slight pang in his chest that he didn't want to think about to hard. His relationship was still new enough that he didn't know how Killian was going to react really. Sighing he rubbed at his face stopping at a street corner.

He glanced over to Gaelen. He didn't want to say bye not sure if the snake was just going to go on his merry way and never been seen again. "Well I know where you live and you know where I work so.. feel free to stop by?" He didn't know how to suggest mildly hanging out or even if he should suggest it. He nodded up the street before going on, "Pack land starts around here. Thanks for the company." It seemed odd to call it that but what else would he really say. He nodded once more and finished making the trek to the pack house by himself.

Exit Patrick.

Gaelan nodded, and noticed the slight discomfort and pain that crossed his eyes and face on the mention of being single. "I'll stay away until you let me know," he told him before they parted ways, "no need to cause unintended strife." He commented as they reached the borderline of where he could go. He gave a nod of his head before he just stood there. He watched until the wolf was out of sight, and then he too disappeared for the time.
