Vampire Weaknesses
- Although vampires are often extremely powerful they are by no means invincible. Vampire weaknesses include the following:
>> Wounds inflicted upon a vampire by a silver weapon or bullet heal human-slow
>> Vampires cannot suffer daylight. Exposure to sunlight will cause them to burst into flames and burn to ashes.
>> Vampires are also highly combustible; once the fire has caught, it must be extinguished quickly or the vampire will be reduced to ashes.
>> Holy water will act as acid to a vampire
>> Holy symbols wielded by a believer will burn with holy light, causing pain to a vampire, and will burn them on physical contact.
>> Vampires must be invited into a residence, and will be forcefully expelled by an invisible force the instant that invitation is revoked.
>> Vampires MUST feed off of blood. They can survive for a time on animal blood but eventually they will need human (or shapeshifter) blood, or they will begin to rot and go insane.
