Venice, the Italian city of water ways and festivals, masquerades and balls. The city of romance and life but beneath the joviality and parties lay darker things. Vampires roam the night and lycanthropes howl at the moon. Do you dare take residence?

With a few things done and off of his to do list Pierce had given himself a night off to enough the city. His own housing had been taken care of and his job was all taken care of. The job would be started a in a day or two. The house was fairly empty besides his suitcases. He had manged to get the house located on the pride land which relaxed him slightly knowing he was close enough to help if it was needed. Even though he very much needed to go clothes shopping along with any other kind of shopping that came with buying a house he did have something to wear while he wondered around.

Pressed black slacks topped with a light green dress shirt was his outfit of choice. A black jacket topped it with a dark pair of loafers covering his feet.He was just wondering up and down the street attempting to find something to do when he noticed a book store. He paused his stride slightly remembering how Marcus had mentioned having a favorite series of books that he enjoyed reading. He struggled with the name of the author, it was on the tip of his tongue and it only hit him what it was as he passed though the door. Now with a name in his mind he made his way to the front desk intending on asking for a location to the series.

Five minutes later he was standing in an aisle his eyes reading the back of one book with another book in his other hand. He hadn't expected their to be nearly as many books as they were. He would most likely only buy the first two books and ease himself into the lore. He found it easier to take in larger amount of knowledge if he did it that way rather than trying to scram like most college students did. Feeling eyes on himself he glanced up the books still in his hands as he looked around for the onlooker.
