Bao Yu

Vampire - Master
Bao Yu had been having a terrible time of late in the millennium. She was harassed and driven out of England before she could even bat an eye and she wasn't sure if her relationship with the faeries of that region were irreparably damaged or not but one thing she did she know was that her reputation there as a vampire was shot to hell. She still couldn't believe that after so much time had passed that she still couldn't repair the damage that was caused there. Through the years, her work as a lawyer and advocate for the paranormal had suffered from the incident and she worked hard to remedy the situation.

It didn't much matter to her though. She'd found what she was looking for there, at least she sort of did. She'd secretly been looking for her former master, China-Rose, and he was definitely in England at the same time her misfortune befell her. For all she knew he probably had something to do with it, albeit indirectly. Before she had to leave though, she'd obtained valuable information pertaining to his whereabouts. It was said he was headed to Italy and Italy is exactly where she went to as well.

Unfortunately, her hot lead ended up in another of many cold trails but Bao had hope that he'd only gone underground and still remained somewhere in the country. It irritated her that China really could disappear into thin air when the need arose and judging by the way she still couldn't track him, he really must have put up a fuss with the council back in England.

Bao Yu walked the brightly lit main avenue, peering at all the little shops along the way. Her raven-black locks shimmered under the lamp lights, throwing off a spectrum of hues in varied shades of purple and cause many heads to turn and look at her. She was wearing it loose for the evening; something that was a rare event for her. She didn't know why she was wearing it down because she usually kept it up-swept with the exception of special occasions. Nothing about this night had proved it to be anything but ordinary. She'd decided to give up on her daily hunt for China for the night and to spend a lil time picking up some trinkets to add to her collection. She so loved baubles and things and tonight was the perfect night to do a little shopping.

It had been a trying day. China had had to deal with Vitto and his little venture outside without an escort. It resulted in the rat being punished in a simple but effective way, his pomme de sang priveledges were tken away for a week. That meant no being fed from and no privacy also no sex from anyone. Gaelens punishment for not watching Vitto? The snake would need permission to venture outside. Perhaps then he would realise why it was so important to watch Vitto. After all the best way to know someone was to watch them.

Shaking his head as he walked down the street, China managed to lose his thoughts and focus on his surroundings. What he saw surprised him though he took great care ot to show it. Instead he stopped, stood perfectly still, a statue in the street and he was thankful that there weren't many people around to bump into him. At the other end of the street was one of his fledglings, the one he was most proud of but had to leave far too soon.....Bao Yu.

purge your thoughts of the life you knew before.
Close your eyes, let your spirit start to soar,
and you'll live as you've never lived before."

Bao Yu

Vampire - Master
Bao continues to look into the window of the shop. Just as she was about to enter, a shiver ran though her. One of her many charms had activated. A vampire was near and a powerful one. She discreetly scanned the area, pretending to be looking at the other windows. And then she saw him...

"China? China-Rose!?! Is it really you?"

She immediately began running toward him. Relief, excitement and anger welled up within her but she continued to run until she stood in front of him. She looked him in his ice-blue eyes, remaining silent for a time. Her face betrayed a range of emotions and than she slapped him full-force across his left cheek.

"You fucking bastard! Do you know how hard it was to find you!?! It took me forever!!! Why the hell did you leave me!?! I was... all alone for so long..."

Bao didn't know what to expect in return but she was glad to see China not matter what would happen from here. After all these years she'd finally found what she'd sought for.
